Pesto Tuna and Sundried Tomatoes Salad with Legnano Green Pesto


  • 1 can canned tuna
  • 1/4 cup green pesto
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, drained and diced 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • Parmesan flakes


  • In a bowl, mix the tuna, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise, lettuce and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
