- 8 Legnano Long stem artichokes
- 8 Legnano Long stem artichokes;
- 1 clove garlic;
- 2 peeled tomatoes;
- Chopped parsley;
- Olive oil;
- Chili pepper;
- a little white wine;
- 1 Lemon;
In a pan pour a few tablespoons of olive oil with onion and garlic.
Fry lightly and add the drained artichokes. Flavored them with white wine and let evaporate.
Put the tomatoes, chili pepper, 2 glasses of hot water, salt, cover and bring to a slow cooking for few minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
